These lists reflect the official record of PVS Official Certifications maintained by the PVS Certification Officier, Rita Page. All officials are encouraged to review the list to assure their listing is correct. If you recertified in 2011 or 2012 and you are no longer on the list, or if you have any other questions regarding your certification status, please direct your inquiry to Lynne Gerlach at OfficialsCertification@pvswim.org

A currently valid registration is a requirement for all officials serving in the capacity of Stroke and Turn, Chief Judge, Starter or Referee. Check your registration status, which should be 12 for 2012. If you are not registered for 2012, you cannot work on deck, so please re-register as soon as possible. If you are registered for 2012 and it is not reflected in this listing, please contact both the PVS Registrar and Lynne Gerlach. If you have not completed your background screening, your USA Swimming membership has been suspended and you cannot work on deck. If you have not yet completed your Athlete Protection Training, you cannot be registered for 2012

The 2012 registration year began September 1, 2011 and ends December 31, 2012. All 2011 registrations expired on December 31, 2011. The 2012 registration form can be downloaded.

You are not be allowed to work on the deck if your registration and PVS certifications are not up to date.
