PVS Transfer Form for Athletes
PARENTS: If you have changed teams this year, you must submit a transfer form to the PVS Registrar. This form is available online. Please use the above link to complete your transfer form & submit to PVS. Your registration with PVS will not be complete without this form.
All non-athlete members of USA Swimming (inc. coaches and officials) must complete a background screening as a condition of membership. Please go to the USA Swimming website at usaswimming.org/backgroundcheck for more details and to initiate your check.
Beginning with the 2012 Registration Year, all non-athlete members of USA Swimming (inc. coaches and officials) must also complete Athlete Protection Training (APT). The PVS Registrar has provided some Instructions on the APT process.
